Great location near the highway, but staff could use some training. Clean rooms!

The hot tub was an absolute disappointment since it was cemented over! We loved the breakfast, though—fresh croissants were a highlight. Staff was nice, but the room could have been cleaner. 😞

The front desk staff provided exceptional help. They made my stay smooth and were genuinely welcoming, even remembering my dog's name and checking on us personally.

Great service and comfy stay!

We had a solid experience here. The lady at the desk was super nice, helped us with everything from room keys to checking on our dog. The beds were comfy, and the shower was spacious with all the towels we could need. The spot isn’t ideal as it's near a Walmart, but still a quick drive to the beach. The snack bar was a nice touch too!

The check-in lady was a total gem! She made us feel right at home and even gave our dog a proper welcome. The room had plenty of space for my family, which was fantastic!

We expected hot water, not a surprise ice bath! Clearly, someone took the 'chilly' part of a chill vacation a bit too literally.

Family with children can enjoy this

The room was spacious, felt like a small apartment which was perfect for my family. The staff was beyond helpful, they were at our beck and call, like they actually cared.

We spent time at the beautiful Harbor Shores Golf Club, and the nearby Contessa Wine Cellars was a perfect spot to unwind. The hotel's location made it easy to access these attractions. Our rooms were comfy. Definitely recommend for a fun group getaway!

One downside was the slow check-in. We did have to wait longer than expected even though we had a reservation, which was a little disappointing before the wedding.

Our family enjoyed a restful night in a cozy King Room with a sofa bed. The highlight was the on-site restaurant, where we savored delicious chicken wings and refreshing drinks, perfect after a long day. For future guests, consider asking for a room away from the elevator for extra quiet.
